1. Data we collect. SaraSamay News collects only the information needed to deliver and improve the site: standard server logs, anonymous page-view analytics, and details that readers choose to share when subscribing to our newsletter or contacting the newsroom. We do not collect payment information because the site sells nothing. 2. Analytics. We use analytics tools to understand which articles and categories readers visit. These tools record aggregated usage such as page views, referral source, device type, and approximate region. Reports are used to improve navigation and coverage, not to identify individual readers. 3. Caching and server logs. Pages are cached to keep the site fast. Our hosting provider keeps server logs, including IP address, timestamp, and requested page, for security monitoring and troubleshooting, and retains them for a limited period before deletion.

4. Security. The site uses HTTPS, regular software updates, restricted administrator access, and automated backups stored separately from the live server. Access to the WordPress dashboard is limited to approved newsroom staff according to their assigned role. 5. We do not sell personal data. Personal details are never sold, rented, or traded to advertisers or third parties. 6. Newsletter subscriptions. Readers may unsubscribe at any time using the link in every newsletter email, or by contacting the newsroom. Removal takes effect promptly and is confirmed by email. 7. Cookies and your choices. Cookies may be used for analytics and to remember preferences. Readers can clear or block cookies in their browser settings at any time; the site remains readable without them. 8. Contact. For questions about this policy or to request access to or deletion of your data, contact the SaraSamay News newsroom through the Contact page.
